Many news jostle for attention on Skepparholmen. In addition to a newly built Scandinavian spa has Skepparholmen upgraded dining experience for its guests under the guidance of Chef Martin Åleberg and Chef Daniel Engellau. Daniel was recruited a year ago and is a renowned measurement profile from several one-star restaurants, and has also successfully competed in the Chef of the Year.

We are very pleased to be having Daniel Engellau here with us. We get a lot of praise from guests for our good food, above all for the well composed and beautifully created dinners. Our ambition is to inspire people to eat good, varied and useful, says CEO Gabriella Persson Klahr.

Now offering Skepparholmen additionally more healthy options in their spa with health bars, raw food-balls and other healthy pastries together with freshly squeezed organic juices and raw food ice cream. The new investment is in line with Skepparholmen other operations as a first-class spa and conference hotel.
