What do we eat in the future – Get the answer to GastroSummit

On Tuesday, September 3, the launching of GastroSummit will take place at the Stockholm Fair. The event is Sweden’s new gastronomic forum and meeting place for the food of the future. For two days, visitors can enjoy exciting seminars, trends, debates and competitions.
The program for the fall industry event GastroSummit is now complete – and it is clear that this is something that no one working in the food industry should miss. 40 exciting speakers from six different countries will inspire and challenge visitors.
GastroSummit is divided into an inspirational section and a seminar section where prominent profiles from the industry share their knowledge and insights. Here, presentations, trends, debates and quick start-up pitches are mixed. In addition, two exciting competitions: the Junior Championships in Cooking and the Great Kitchen Championships.
The inspiration part of GastroSummit has free entry to the industry and will, among other things, offer trends, company presentations, foodtech startups, Sense Lab, photo exhibition and a lively competition area.
The seminar section of GastroSummit consists of four half-days with topical themes: Sustainability, Innovation, Health and Inspiration & Success. You can choose to buy a ticket to one or more of these half-day seminars depending on what you are interested in.
For all themes we have invited an international foodtech speaker together with a startup pitcher, arranges a panel debate on a topical topic, presents a trend report from Food & Friends and also a Generation Z study together with Cairo’s future. In addition, the audience gets the opportunity to think about controversial questions with the help of mentometers, so we can promise high pulse!

From left Lotta Ahlvar, Zeina Mourtada, Dr. Sian Proctor, Sébastien Boudet, Gustav Johansson and Sebastian Wussler all participate in GastroSummit.
