Few people have missed the renewal work going on at the Nordic Company. Now NK presents the new restaurant and aperitif bar Positano. Joel Söderbäck, Andreas Bergman and Robert Rudinski from the acclaimed restaurant and bar Tjoget are behind the venture. Positano opens on NK’s men’s plan, Plan 2 in early November.

Positano captures the feeling of the traditional Italian aperitif culture where the bar is a natural meeting place for food, drink and socializing. Here you go to enjoy a good lunch or stay for hours over cocktails. The menu will consist of simple pasta dishes, salads, charcuterie, cheeses, Italian sweets, high quality coffee and cocktails presented in an environment that brings to mind the lemon-rich Amalfi coast. Luxuriously framed, but simple and accessible.

– With the new concept, we continue to invest heavily in food and drink. We are extremely happy to work with such an inspiring and successful gang as the founders behind Tjoget. Positano will be a meeting place and a water hole for NK’s customers where you can enjoy food and drink and experience part of Italy at NK, says Andreas Edström, department store manager of the Nordic Company.

The founders and owners of Tjoget, Joel Söderbäck, Andreas Bergman and Robert Rudinski are behind the new restaurant and bar concept. Together, with their concept they have won countless awards for best bar and restaurant, been nominated for the gold chair and won both gold dragons and gold eggs. For the past four years, Tjoget has become the only Swedish bar to place on the prestigious list The Worlds 50 best bars.

– At Positano, we capture the feeling of the old aperitif culture but package it in a modern and visually beautiful packaging with a focus on service, quality and atmosphere. We have always had a dream about an Italian bar and cafe and NK is the perfect place with lots of people in motion during the day. , drink cocktails the day before the sun goes down, says Joel Söderbäck, one of the founders behind Positano.
