Successful start for Rutabaga

Last Monday, February 13, opened Mathias Dahlgren his new restaurant Rutabaga where the next generation of lacto-ovo-vegetarian meal is served, a concept received with open arms.

It feels great with the positive feedback we have received about Rutabaga, both before and after opening. We have tried to create the kind of restaurant we want to go to. A living environment, speed and excitement while eating delicious. There will be a dining experience and a social environment to yearn for, and it’s great that more shares our desire after this restaurant, says Mathias Dahlgren.

The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday at 17 – 00th
Table reservation is available a calendar month in advance and the restaurant also has space for drop-in guests.
