Talented Paul Rey, following up the spring’s grand smash “All Falls Down” with the new single “What Good Is Love”. The sound is in line with Paul’s unique and refined signature melody where he landed in grand soul and blues-influenced pop music. The song is written by Paul together with Max Thulin (Veronica Maggio), Gavin Jones (Måns Zelmerlöw) and produced by Pontus Persson (Red Velvet) and Max Thulin.

Paul releases this spring an EP that includes collaboration with top producers like Will Hicks (producer of Ed Sheeran’s latest album). Soon, a single with the Grammy Award winning Meghan Trainor is also awaiting.

Paul Rey’s backdrop is full of life decisive fates which has taken him to were he is today. His mother fled from Chile’s dictatorship to start a new life in Paris in 1973, then to attend a student exchange program in Lund where she met Paul’s father who is from Finland. He grew up in a music-rich home and, during his relatively long music career, experienced milestones that seldom could have imagined for a 24-year-old. In 2015, he was signed to american Epic Records (Michael Jackson, Zara Larsson, among others) and when he released the debut EP’s Good As Hell he was contacted by the legendary Quinzy Jones who was enthusiastic by his talent and nowadays acting as his mentor. The following years were mostly spent in the United States where Paul was on tour with Fifth Harmony, released song with NBA star Damien Lillard, and has been acclaimed for his music in the studio of none other than Akon. In February this year he also released the platinum-selling single “California Dreaming” with Snoop Dogg & Arman Cekin.
