Magic worlds, talking animals and other monster

Henrik Tamm was born in Halmstad in 1972 and grew up in Tanzania, Pakistan and Peru. For the past twenty years, he has been working as a concept designer for movies in Los Angeles. He has, among other things, been involved in creating the worlds of Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and Narnia, and recently worked as a concept illustrator for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.

During the times he lives in Sweden he devotes himself to writing the children’s book series about Ninja Timmy and other stories. Part four of the series will be released on September 1, but will be presented during the vernissage.

At the Series Gallery’s exhibition, reproductions of all Ninja Timmy books, the newly released book Vidunder by Jorun Modén, and original sketches of Shrek and other films are shown.
