Kungsholmens local restaurant celebrates the autumn primeurs

At the crossing Scheelegatan / Kungsholmsgatan at Kitchen & Table Kungsholmen smells always taste sensations with a focus on the green and the locally grown. In late September, the restaurant praises second class ingredients, autumn primeurs and sustainable food & beverage with a Farmers Market outside the restaurant’s entrance – everyone is welcome to shop for their produce here.

The restaurant arranged a Farmers Market in June, but only one day. Now they choose to offer Stockholmers and Kungsholmsbor to purchase their fantastic raw materials from Wednesday, September 26th to Saturday, September 29th. Farmers Market is being created in collaboration with Sorunda Vegetables Hall, Jakobsson & Söderström Wine Trade and Rescued Fruits.

– After such an amazingly successful implementation in June, with super nice positive feedback from our visitors, felt one more time given. Now we are doing it in a new vintage for several days, focusing on the glorious primeurs of the fall and the second class of raw materials. My tip is not to miss our specially-composed menu we serve on Saturday when our creators in the kitchen have really put together an incomparable menu! says Anna Hales, Food & Beverage Manager, Clarion Hotel Amaranten

The week ends with an incomparable five course menu where each dish is dominated by colorful greenery.
