The multiple GRAMMY-rewarded artist John Mayer comes to Sweden this fall. In connection with the world tour “2019 World Tour”, which soon starts, the artist confirms that he is expanding his tour plan with several concerts out in Europe. Stockholm and Ericsson Globe have the great honor of hosting the European premiere on Tuesday, October 1.

The last time we had the pleasure of seeing John Mayer on Swedish soil was 2017 when he invited us to an unforgettable concert in Ericsson Globe. Now it is finally time again when Mayer returns with his “2019 World Tour” which starts in New Zealand in late March and travels further through Asia and North America before production reaches Europe.

John Mayer’s latest single “I Guess I Just Feel Like” was released in February and went directly into the charts in both Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands. The song, which is written and produced by Mayer himself, will be played on the tour along with hits such as “New Light”, “Gravity”, “Love on the Weekend”, “Heartbreak Warfare”, “Daughters”, “Waiting on the World to Change” and “Your Body Is a Wonderland”. The concert consists of two parts and no opening act will be added.

American singer / songwriter John Mayer has won seven GRAMMY® Awards, having seven albums on U.S. Billboard’s Top Rock Albums chart and 25 songs on the Hot Rock Songs chart – more than any other solo artist previously had. In 2018 he released the Gold-certified song “New Light” while working with his eighth solo album, the sequel to the 2017 critically acclaimed “The Search For Everything”.
