Friday, April 29, 2016 CDON.COM is launching Green Friday, a buying spree that will be this spring’s Black Friday.

Black Friday made a flying start at Christmas shopping last year and the response from customers was huge when CDON.COM attracted over 2.1 million visitors and received more than 130,000 orders. Now the company wants to repeat the success and is therefore launching Green Friday. The spring’s buying spree has been named Green Friday is not merely to allude to Black Friday, but CDON.COM also hit a blow for the environment by carbon offset for each order placed today. At the same time is launched a permanent feature on the site that allows customers to offset carbon when they place an order. All climate compensation will accrue to the association Save the Rainforest.
