Mattias Alkberg has done it again: released an album that blows us off the chairs and broadens horizons. Live takes Persons expression in the form of a performance in unholy alliance between the surreal, allegorical theater of Artaud spirit and ordinary chorus strong pop music. Disgusting confusing, bewildering cruel and just so wonderful.” Three dates in Sweden in the autumn.

People is a show that continues the celebrated route of the itinerant Mattias Alkbergs Funeral embarked on: it is an allegorical combs dream games over a hopeless present and a dystopian future. And monstrous past. A final concert in the middle of this wasteland of crumbled rock dreams, on a tip of spent plectrum and guitars, a crime scene where a lone detective Alkberg root around among the debris in a desperate attempt to amalgamate them into a response to “what happened …?” With utopias, equality and the equitable distribution policy.

The show is an unholy alliance between the surreal, allegorical theater of Artaud spirit and ordinary chorus strong pop music. It is disgusting confusing, bewildering cruel and just so wonderful.

The castle is burning, do not let them.
