Costume sales at Dramaten

The Dramaten house is facing a pipe replacement and is therefore cleaning in the costume store. Over 2,000 well-used garments that have been worn by dramatens actors over the years will be sold on Saturday, April 27th.

The sale includes both men’s and women’s clothing, everyday clothes and garments more suited to the stage. For sale are dresses, costumes, hats, shoes, accessories, but also books and fun gadgets from Bergman festivals. In the well-used garments, there are, in most cases, names of the actor or actors who have just worn this suit.

Here are garments worn by Bibi Andersson, Johan Rabaeus, Lena Endre, Livia Millhagen and clothes that are seen in performances such as Den girige, Anna Karenina and Peer Gynt.

The prices will be between 50 and 4,000 SEK. Some costumes, a dress worn by Stina Ekblad in Fedra 2006 (costume Peder Freiij) and a bathrobe in silk satin lined with feather plum that was worn by Razmus Nyström in Angels in America 2017 (costume Lena Lindgren) will be sold to the highest bidder on from mid-April.
