At Six creates an international brunch concept in Stockholm

By on November 14, 2017

Executive Chef Andreas Askling describes the food concept as “A visionary trip where drinks are matched with food and vice versa.”

“We cook some classic brunch favorites but also get a lot of inspiration from Asia and the rest of Europe. For example, peaches are flambé out in the restaurant, but we have a Vietnamese chicken dumpling that I’m a little extra proud of.” Andreas Askling continues.

Punch bowls are found central to the brunch. That for Stockholm is still a little unusual drink concept where a cocktail is shared and served on the table from a bowl that can take the form of a pineapple, flamingo or disco ball. Adam Snook is Head Bartender at At Six and, together with his team, has developed three punch bowls in line with the food which is served. A blend of classics like Bloody Mary and more innovative flavors with pears and Japanese lime tea.

To enhance the international feeling, both local and in flown live acts are offered, featuring a wide musical repertoire.
