Australian multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Xavier Rudd visits Sweden this summer.

July 3 – Debaser Strand, Stockholm

Tickets through LiveNation.se

Xavier Rudd’s strong side is the contact he creates with his audience. The more he has toured, the more hearts he has touched and everything he has given back to the music. He has introduced his own sound which is a mix of guitars, didgeridoos, effect pedals, percussion, harmonica and not least his own voice.

For Xavier Rudd, music writing and life are the same. He sings about what is going on in his own life, as well as in the world at large. In the songs, environmental issues, activism and spiritualism are freshly mixed with surfing, family life and dog walks. The result is a distinctive musical expression.

Last year Xavier Rudd released the album “Storm Boy”, the first solo album in six years. It reflects his spiritual journey and encapsulates both love and his conclusions about his place on earth.

There will be three unique evenings with one of Australia’s greatest artists – and activists. An artist who dares to be pretentious, who thinks we should act and enlighten each other. Xavier Rudd wants us to stop and take care of each other and the earth a little better and it feels like it is needed more than ever right now.
