Vernissage with art by Jenny Grant

By on April 21, 2017

On April 29, Jenny Grant presents art at Ulfsunda Castle. Jenny is an exciting artist who creates her energy-filled art in a captivating process where the motives emerge as she paints. The art exhibition will be shown at Ulfsunda Castle for 3 months ahead.

“The inspiration comes from within and I let the feelings control my choices. It’s magical to see the results when I manage to turn off the analytical part of the brain and find my flow,” says Jenny Grant.

Jenny works with mixed media; Acrylic, ink, paper, fabric, etc. With layer on layer she creates a great depth and lots of detail. Her art often creates feelings of calm even though it is colorful and full of energy. Her art is represented in many places in the world and she has exhibitions in both Sweden and New Zealand. Jenny holds courses, team building workshops and paints live at various events.

Gallery Ulfsunda, at Ulfsunda Castle, has for a few years allowed promising artists to exhibit their art at the castle. Each exhibition lasts for three months and starts with a vernissage. Here artists get the opportunity to reach a broader audience that may not usually goes to galleries but still appreciate the good of life.

“We have long used art as part of the interior, and through the various art exhibitions at Ulfsunda Castle we want to showcase the artists we like, inspire our guests and offer unexpected experiences,” says Torbjörn Blomqvist, owner of Ulfsunda Castle and Stockholm Meeting Selection .
