On 1.6 & 2.6 million Club’s Health Day at Gärdet, Stockholm on September 8, Annette Lefterow will launch a new training concept, Valkyriatraining, adapted for the woman in the middle of her life. A workout that is a mix of exercises inspired by yoga, strength training, Taekwando and meditation. This will be her 30th Lefterow concept pass.

– I call it Valkyria training. A mix of physical and mental activity to build up an inner and outer mental self-defense and energy capital. As an account with resources of power that you can take out when you fall and when life is toughest. Sometimes you have to be your own superhero, says Annette Lefterow.

Annette Lefterow is one of Sweden’s leading wellness experts with more than 35 years of experience as an educator and choreographer in training, health and dance. Her previous concepts include Yogalates, Junioryoga, Yogalatesair, Wellness MassageAir, Footballates and Kathap.

The 1.6 & 2.6 Million Club Health Day at Gärdet offers activities for the whole family with a focus on health, knowledge and joy. There will be entertainment, gym, yoga, a heartbeat race and much more. In addition, the Health Prize of the Year will be awarded by Nyamko Sabuni (L).
