Urban Deli chooses Swedish meat

By on March 20, 2019

Urban Deli’s vision is to make food life easier, better and happier. Better food life means that the food should taste good, while it is produced in a way that is good for people, animals, the environment and the climate. Therefore, nowadays, Urban Deli will only serve fresh meat from Sweden in the restaurants, bars, market halls and grocery stores. This includes pork, beef, chicken and lamb.

– We want to make it easy for our guests to make sustainable choices, says Dan Jacobson, CEO of Urban Deli. Choosing Swedish meat is sustainable from several perspectives. It benefits our Swedish farmers who have a long tradition of good animal husbandry, which has led to a low antibiotic use and a meat that tastes good. Furthermore, choosing Swedish meat also contributes to a living countryside and a greater biodiversity, Dan continues.
