In November it is dark and mysterious at Skansen and you can meet mylingar and goblins when autumn holiday offers magical days. Then it will be quietly until the first Sunday of Advent when the sheds opens its doors for the Christmas market and all the houses are draped and ready.

Folklore and Magic – autumn holiday with magical days
Experience the magical days during the autumn break at Skansen with exciting walks among the elves and trolls, horrid tales about ghosts, ghost theme with crafts and barbequing soot black sausage.
October 31 to November 6

Christmas market at Skansen
Skansen Christmas market laden with goodies, food, marmalades and mulled wine, craft, design, toys, and fine gifts. Here you can also experience the Christmases of yesteryear in houses and farms and listening to choral singing and folk music. For the smallest available including Christmas crafts in the forest house and dance around the Christmas tree with Ayla Kabaca and Christmas orchestra.
November 26 to 27

Lill-Skansen
On the children’s own zoo Lill-Skansen are small wild and domestic animals – from snakes and toads to pigs and cats. Outside there Rabbit Hill, and Snake chute and inside one can crawl into the rats in the park and see how they have it. In contact paddock are dwarf goats, the pig enclosure, the small mini-pigs and in the bird aviary colorful Lori birds.
Lill-Skansen is open from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 16:00 on weekends and autumn leaves.

Riding tours
Pony rides weekdays 13:00 to 14:00 and on weekends 12:00 to 15:00, the Christmas market weekends 11:00 to 15:00. Price 50:
