Seventy-eight Grammy-rewarded Kendrick Lamar announced yesterday that he is ready for Europe with his THE DAMN. TOUR in spring 2018. Stockholm and Ericsson Globe stands on turn Saturday 3 March, which will be his first arena concert ever in Sweden! Grammy nominated James Blake opens the concert!

Ticket release Friday 6 October at 10.00

THE DAMN. TOUR follows the release of his critically acclaimed fourth album DAMN. (Top Dawg Entertainment / Aftermath / Interscope Records), which went straight to the top of Billboard 200. The album is his third in line to reach the first place and has so far sold over 2.3 million copies and collected over 400 million streams. The fourteen songs in DAMN. is an observation of today’s culture and its complexity. The music site Pitchfork says that “DAMN. Is a masterpiece in widescreen format, where rap, full of rich beats and furious texts, spellly narrated describes Kendrick’s fate in America.” Rolling Stone declares DAMN. as a “dazzling display of language literacy, awareness raising political haranges, self-control and heavy basslines…”

Live Nation produces the tour that spans eleven countries and fifteen stops starting in Dublin on February 7th. It then goes on to Germany, Holland, France, Belgium, Denmark and Norway. Mercury Prize-rewarded James Blake is support during all concert breaks in Europe.
