The program of Stockholm Feminist Film Festival March 2 to 5 has been released!

For four days shows Stockholm Film Festival feminist films by female filmmakers from all over the world. Some of the films that is shown during the festival is Swedish Same Blood which is praised at film festivals earlier this year, the Bulgarian thriller Glory, the Belgian youth drama Home and About Ray, the first great American drama film about trans identity, with among others Susan Sarandon.

We hope that Stockholm feminist film festival will be an opportunity for the audience to discover that there are a lot of great movies of women who rarely appear in the ordinary cinema offer, says Stephanie Thögersen, festival director of the Stockholm feminist film festival.

Besides movie screenings are offered the Work In Progress with director Karin Fahlén where we get to see clips from her new movie All inclusive, and Face2Face with several other directors. The sisters Delphine and Muriel Coulin comes to Stockholm to meet the public in connection with the display of their war drama The Stopover and director Amanda Kernell is on site at the display of the Same Blood which is the festival opening film. This year’s opening speaker is actor Sissela Kyle.

Stockholm feminist film festival taking place on 2-5 March and take place this year in the cinemas Sture, Zita and Park.
