The Grand Hôtel and the Cadier Bar welcome The Artesian, London.

By on February 10, 2019

In 2018, a major change was made in the Cadier bar at Grand Hôtel in Stockholm. The bartender profiles Emil Åreng and Christian Grevius took over the helm at the prestigious bar and during the autumn they launched a brand new cocktail menu which, through playful presentations and taste combinations, tells the hotel and the Régis Cadier’s history.

With this new, creative leadership team Cadierbaren will make an exclusive exchange with the multi-award winning The Artesian bar at the luxury hotel The Langham in London. The Artesian is one of the most prominent bars on the sophisticated bar scene in London and has won “The World’s Best Bar” four years in a row. On February 16, their creative team visits the Grand Hôtel with an exclusive guest play where guests can enjoy an innovative cocktail menu created with the whiskey supplier Naked Grouse Scotch Whiskey. The focus will be on the menu “A most minimalistic menu” consisting of cocktails made on two ingredients and how to enhance these flavors.

– We are very happy to invite you to this guest play by Remy and Anton from The Artesian. Their innovative approach to cocktails is something we like and the playful atmosphere in the bar inspires, says Karl Persson.

The Artesian guest play takes place during three intimate sessions at the Grand Hôtel on February 16 and costs 600 SEK per person with a maximum of 20 seats per seat.

First sitting: 17.00-18.30
Second sitting: 19.00-20.30
Third sitting: 21.00-22.30

– As a bartender you are constantly in a process of developing menus and the best way is to let others experience and review your drinks, says Christian Grevius.
