The customer will stand in the spotlight when Ehandel brings NXT Nordic to Stockholm on the 17th of September

NXT Nordic was first held in 2016, in Oslo. At the time, 200 e-commerce companies, as well as, 4 suppliers gathered to gain inspiration and increase their knowledge regarding the latest e-commerce and retail trends. Ever since, e-commerce has been growing rapidly in the Nordics and the number of e-retailers and suppliers operating in the area are continuously increasing.

When NXT Nordic took place at Spektrum, on the 4th of June this year, in the heart of Oslo, more than one thousand visitors and 38 suppliers took part. The event covered everything within the theme “The Future of Retail”.

Next year NXT Nordic will not only be held at Spektrum in Oslo on the 4th of June, but for the first time, the event will also take place in Stockholm on the 17th of September. The theme for NXT Nordic 2020 will be “The Future of Customer Behaviour”.

“The battle for customers is getting tougher and tougher, when the commerce itself is transforming. Customer insights and customer relationships will become vital to succeeding, and we want to give Nordic retailers and e-retailers the crucial ammunition to stand up against competition, when big global players speed up”, says Johan Svensson, CEO at Ehandel.

The NXT Nordic concept will also grow. In addition to these two conferences, a whole new platform “What’s NXT” will be available, which will focus on customer insights throughout 2020.

The program for the two conferences is already in the process of being planned and executed. It will be a mix of international and local speakers, panel discussions, workshops, break-out sessions, match making, networking and finally a dinner to wrap up the day.
