The ancient health drink kombucha

Why is the kombucha drink so popular in the health world? In a study conducted on mice and rats, kombuchan showed cancer prevention and hepatoprotective properties, and on humans they have seen that kombucha produce effects such as reduced cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, weight loss, better immune system, improved appetite regulation and improved digestion.

Kombucha is made of black tea and sugar, which ferments from the kombucha mushroom, thus fermenting the beverage.

Kombucha contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C and 14 different amino acids.
