With the Witness album, Katy finds her liberation, liberation through the changes in her own life and around the world, giving us songs that inspire both our thoughts and motions. The singles released so far – Platinum-certified “Chained to the Rhythm” feat. Skip Marley, and the new singles “Bon Appétit” feat. Migos and “Swish Swish” feat. Nicki Minaj gives us a hint about what musical and thematic width that is on the new album.

Her USA tour has already been released and ticket sales have made dunders success with extra concerts added. Now Katy Perry announces that she will also take her WITNESS: The Tour to Europe next year starting May 23 in Cologne, arriving at Stockholm and Ericsson Globe on Sunday, June 10, 2018. WITNESS: The Tour is Katy’s first tour since it sold out 151 concerts long Prismatic World Tour, which ended in 2015, and was honored by Rolling Stone with the Words “a show of damage retinas and blow minds”. Sponsors for the new tour include COVERGIRL and KATY PERRY PARFUMS.

Katy debuted 2008 with the album “One of the boys” after signing with Capitol Records 2007. She then cemented her status as a global superstar with the follow-up album “Teenage Dream” (2010). PRISM, her 2013 album, went straight to No. 1 on iTunes in 100 countries and has sold over 12.5 million copies. With the singles “Firework” and “Dark Horse”, each of which exceeds the equivalent of 10 million sold copies, Katy Perry is the only female artist to have two RIAA Digital Single Diamond Awards.
