Sourdough pizza and craft beer

In the summer offers Bröd & Salt Italian sourdough pizza and locally produced folk beer at Skeppsbrokajen.

Bröd & Salt develops its assortment of sour-baked pizza baked in large ink, and sells in pieces, “slicar”.

– The concept of folk beer and pizza is something we have been thinking for a long time. We have now worked out a pizza that stands for the crafts we want to offer our customers. It feels very fun to offer this news from us, said Michel Mourad, CEO and owner of Bröd & Salt.

– The pizza is baked on durum wheat flour and we have been experimenting for a long time to find the exact correctness of the dough. To get the right flavors we get several raw materials from an Italian supplier, continues Michel.

Several different beers are offered in cooperation with the Bottleshop store at Södermalm.

– I like the trend of folk beer and think it’s absolutely right to offer low alcohol drinks, concludes Michel.
