Sales records for the Boulebar – the heat make everyone play boule

By on June 11, 2018

The heat and the sun provide high pressure in the Boulebar. The Boule nerds experience a rarely seen high pressure.

– It’s really crazy! People just flow in. We usually be popular in spring and summer but may have been crammed. It’s fun, but challenging too. Handling lots of happy people perfectly every day requires some. But it’s devilish fun that it’s boule they want to play. It really feels like France for real, says Frida Brodén, Sales Manager at Boulebar.

Even Carlsberg, a major player in the industry, fits into Boulebar’s image of May.

Rikard Norman at Carlsberg believes that the beer market and Kronenbourg 1664 went well in May, where Boulebar in many ways stands out.

– The heat contributes, of course, and we are looking forward to a strong summer. International specialties such as Kronenbourg 1664 and Blanc are increasing among the public. We are seeing a continued growing trend for micro breweries, internationally imported beer and clear niche formats. Boulebar is such a place and it is very fun to take part in their successful trip. It is an important long-term partner for us, says Rikard.

Boulebar is located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro and Copenhagen and boule is played seven days a week from afternoon until late evening.
