Rival Sons ready for Gröna Lund’s Main Stage

With five released albums and sold out arenas worldwide, they have established themselves as one of the most acclaimed and fastest growing rock bands right now. 2012 played the American rock group at Tyrol and 18 August at 20.00, it is finally time for Rival Sons to take on Gröna Lund’s Main Stage.

Rival Sons was formed in 2009 from the ashes of the guitarist Scott Holiday’s former band Black Summer Crush and consists except Holiday himself by singer Jay Buchanan, drummer Mike Miley and bassist Dave Beste. Only a year after the formation of the rock band played Rival Sons as the opening act for AC / DC, Alice Cooper and Kid Rock. Shortly after the third album “Head Down” was released in 2012 the band made a highly acclaimed performance at the Tyrol and now with a total of five albums in the luggage and success-like gigs the world over, they return to Stockholm for a late summer evening in the rock character. Friday 18 August at 20:00 Rival Sons step up at Gröna Lund’s Main Stage for the first time.
