Rhys to Gröna Lund’s Little Stage

By on February 18, 2018

As a child, there was a great interest in music and as early as the age of 18, she made her breakthrough as an artist. The star of Rhys has hitherto been nominated for the future artist of P3 Gold and received over 20 million streams on Spotify with last year’s “Last Dance”. May 28, we welcome Rhy’s to Gröna Lund’s Little Stage.

Rhys was born in the United States and moved as a 10-year-old to her mother’s home country, Sweden. Her great interest in dance, music and theater arose at an early age and led her to participate in a variety of talent shows and children’s productions. She was discovered by one of Sweden’s most successful songwriter, Jörgen Elofsson, and in 2016 she released her debut album “Swallow Your Pride”, which in less than two months received a million streams on Spotify and shortly afterwards was named Week’s song in P3. The songs “Last Dance” and “Too Good To Be True” from 2017 together have over 32 million streams on Spotify today. At this year’s P3 Gold Gala, she was nominated for the Futures artist, and we are proud to welcome Rhys on May 28th at 20.00 to Gröna Lund’s Little Stage.
