Now more can get Sweden’s best burger directly home

By on May 2, 2017

During May, Max will expand the service with home driving of Sweden’s best burger. Via Foodoras, UberEATS and Hungrig.se’s apps, the opportunity will be available to order, pay and get delivery directly to the door in 17 cities around Sweden. As an obvious part of Max’s sustainability work climates compensates Max the home driving.

Home deliveries of restaurant food have exploded in the last year. More and more people choose to order food directly from the restaurants. Since 2008 have you been able to order home delivery from Max and interest has grown over the past year. Therefore, Max now chooses to collaborate with more players and expand the ability to drive home in more cities. Max becomes the first nationwide hamburger chain to offer home deliveries in the largest Swedish cities.

– We know that our guests want the opportunity to get our burgers home delivered. We also see that our guests are quick to take on new opportunities offered by the technology. Today, a large proportion of our guests order their food via our app or express bank, says Christoffer Bergfors, Sweden’s Chief Max Hamburgare. Providing home driving is a great way to make us more accessible to our guests.

From mid-May and onwards will the service to order a home delivery burger be expanded and available in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Luleå, Umeå, Karlstad, Västerås, Örebro, Norrköping, Linköping, Växjö, Jönköping, Helsingborg, Lund, Visby and Nyköping. Orders and payments are made through the suppliers’ apps and information will also be available on the Max website when launching in the various cities.

– Naturally, we will be climate-compensating for the climate impact of home driving, although a large part of the deliveries are by bike. Compensating from land to the guest’s table is part of our business model, says Christoffer Bergfors.
