Bird’s Tree Rosé Organic

On June 1, Bird’s Tree Rosé Organic, a low alcohol rosé wine flavored with grapefruit and hibiscus, is launched. Perfect as a refreshing aperitif during warm summer evenings.

Bird’s Tree Rosé Organic is a fresh organic rose wine with a low alcohol content of 6.9%, flavored with natural flavors. Bird’s Tree Rosé Organic is made 100% on organic grapes and made according to the so-called the saignée method, which means that the grapes are crushed by their own weight and the juice that is squeezed gets short contact with the shells, which gives the wine the natural and delicious pink color. The wine then gets fermented, after which natural and organic flavors are added to give the wine a fresh and fresh taste with both an adult and a cooling off profile.

The wine is inspired by “Rosé Pamplemousse”, a phenomenon that started in the early 2010s when French winemakers blended down pressed and slightly sweetened grapefruit juice into their rose wine. This is to get a less alcoholic beverage while maintaining freshness, taste and color from the rosé wine. You drink the wine best over a couple of ice cubes as an aperitif
