PAS D’ART will be a local meeting place with a global feel where the guest will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as stop for a drink in the cocktail bar. The focus will be on creative and unique cuisine with an offshoot in French cuisine, interpreted in Swedish ingredients with the best of what the current season has to offer.

“It feels extremely exciting to be able to present a brand new bistronomic concept at Stockholm’s pub scene this fall. This is our biggest investment ever and the ambition is to create a local meeting place where guests will feel at home in an international cosmopolitan environment with high quality food and drink”, says Filip Guvén, CEO and co-founder of the Brasserie Group.

The restaurant’s new design and interior is signed Martin Brudnizki. Martin is behind classics such as the Flag Suite at the Grand Hôtel as well as world-renowned Annabel’s and The Ivy Chelsea Garden in London. The menu is created by Michelin-awarded Michael Spiridon.

“Pas D’Art’s new interesting food concept will be an important element in our strategy to develop Bibliotekstan into Stockholm’s obvious meeting place. Bibliotekstan offers the best in Swedish and international fashion together with vibrant and inspiring restaurant experiences”, says Emanuel Westin, Head of Business Development Store, Hufvudstaden.
