Gustavsbergs Konsthall welcomes a new guest to AiR Gustavsberg: Anna Ting Möller

Anna Ting Möller graduated in Textile at Konstfack this year, and has during her studies studied in London, Beijing and Stockholm. Anna builds her installations of kombucha, a cellulose-based material similar to human skin. Kombuchan she prepares herself in the studio by a long fermentation process. The finished material is then treated as a textile that can be sewn and draped, where the result forms eye-catching installations that ask questions about body and identity. Anna Ting Möller is invited to AiR Gustavsberg during the period 1 July to 30 September 2018.

Anna Ting Möller is one of seven participants in the exhibition Deadly Material, which opens at Gustavsbergs Konsthall September 29th. The exhibition explores the textile materials and presents a young generation of artists in the field. Curator is Evelina Hedin.
