Mia Skäringer spring talks on Skansen

“This is my woman’s spring scream. The blackbird’s melancholy singing in the evening. The distorted manhoods possibility of renewal. A little boy’s chance to be himself.” Valborg is celebrated on Skansen in the middle of Stockholm, and this year we can listen to this year’s speaker Mia Skäringer. 

At Skansen, Valborg is celebrated with programs on Sollidenscenen from afternoon to late evening.

15-16.10 Valborg program during the day: Sjungom studentens lyckliga dag! Studentikost valborg celebration in cooperation with the Stockholm Student Union’s Central Organization. Fanborg with banners and standards from Stockholm educational institutions. The award “This year’s student friend” is handed out and speech are held. Spring songs with Stockholm Student Singers. Spex and crazy antics with the show orchestra Kårsdrag and Baletten Kårsetten.

This year’s spring speaker – Mia Skäringer
Mia Skäringers major breakthrough came with the Crystal-awarded series Mia and Klara (2007-2009). Then she played the role of Anna in the success series Solsidan (2010-2015) whose episodes have been followed by over a million TV viewers each week. It is this role she reproduces in the feature film version seen by over 600,000 biobuyers. Among other film roles are Karaokekungen (2009), Mammas pojkar (2012) and Hundraåringen som klev ut genom fönstret och försvann (2013).
Since a year back she also runs the success podd “Skäringer och Mannheimer” together with Anna Mannheimer and in the autumn she is up to date with her tour “No more fucks to give”
