Max and the Green family returns to Way Out West

Max follows up last year’s success with the world’s first green Max restaurant at the music festival Way Out West. On the menu will Green family – Max full vegetarian and lacto-ovo-vegetarian burger – to be. Festival visitors can also look forward to new taste sensations.

– We are planning a couple of good news at this year’s Way Out West menu and will continue to maintain a high level of speed and simplicity of ordering and serving, says Tobias Karlsson-Malmborg, marketing manager at Max.

Max is also building this year a full-scale restaurant adjacent to Björngårdsvillan in the middle in Slottsskogen and is open during the festival on 10-12 August. During last year’s Way Out West became Max green restaurant a welcome addition to the food supply.

– We are very pleased that we will continue cooperation with Max. Through that Max is in place, we solve a large part of the need for festival goers to get good and sustainable food quickly, says Patrick Fredriksson, founder and festival manager at Luger that arranges Way Out West.

Last year set a new sales record with 15 sold burger per minute and more than every other sold burger was Halloumiburgaren. Full vegetarian BBQ Sandwich was the second most popular choice of festival visitors. Then came Crispy Mexican and Green burger.

We aim to do even more festival visitors satisfied and happy this year, said Tobias Karlsson-Malmborg. For us it is always about making the world a little better. On Way Out West we make it by offering good climate-smart meals so that the overall experience of the festival visitors will be as good as possible.
