Matoma has released a new song – “Heart Won’t Forget”

A summery serum against winter – the ‘Heart Won’t Forget‘ finds the young Norwegian producer experiment with shimmering rusher of melodies with Caribbean accents. ‘Heart Won’t Forgetis a collaboration with Gia, who with her voice takes the song to new heights.

It’s winter now and the amazing summer we had is a distant memory, and that’s why I love this song so much. Gia is incredibly talented and when she played this idea to me I knew we had to work on it together. We hope it warms everyone up in the winter months!says Matoma.

“’Heart Won’t Forget’ is a very personal song to me,” adds Gia. “When Matoma heard it and got involved he made it even more special. It feels like the perfect time for us to share it with everyone.

The song is expected to be one of Gia’s foremost since her debut with “Only A Girl,” which received a total of nearly 6 million views on YouTube. Since the release of “Only A Girl” Gia has been in the studio working on her sound with producers Switch (Major Lazer, MIA, Beyoncé) and King Henry (Major Lazer, Justin Bieber).

‘Heart Won’t Forget‘ is released in conjunction with that Matoma prepares for next year’s big world tour ‘Party At Your Place!‘. It starts in the United States before the tour continues across Europe to finally finish at home with two gigs at SentrumScene in Oslo.
