Marcus Samuelsson celebrates that Kitchen & Table has now opened at Norrmalm

On two occasions, you can book a relaxed tasting menu in the harvest season sign with Marcus Samuelsson as host on our restaurant Kitchen & Table Norrmalm.

Experience Kitchen & Tables New Concept and Food Philosophy – Urban Garden. Plant-based raw materials take the main role and meat, fish and shellfish make up a highly treasured accessory. You as a guest are welcomed to the table near the open kitchen and can watch the chefs work during the dinner. Behind the menu are Kitchen & Tables own restaurateurs Marcus Samuelsson and kitchen master Tal Borenshtein.

– The experience around this menu should be to experience the harvest season in a fun relaxed manner and maintain the delicious atmosphere of the Kitchen & Tables, regardless of whether the guest eats a tasting menu or a hamburger at our place, says Marcus Samuelsson.

On the menu you will find autumn pizza with Swedish chanterelles and truffles, grilled gemsalad with butter-smoked butternut pumpkin and hazelnuts, as well as autumn apple with jerusalem artichoke and roasted white chocolate. In the evening’s menu, sustainable cocktails are served along with carefully selected beverages where the seasonal beers and sustainable wines makes the basis, with or without alcohol.

Price for the 6 course menu is SEK 795 per person and with the drink package it costs SEK 1290 (alcohol-free options available).

Date of Chef Table Dinner with Marcus Samuelsson is 20th and 21st of September. Only 20 seats per day.
