They are one of the largest and most successful rock band with hits like “Here I go again,” and “Is This Love. After nearly 40 years in the music business they embark on aGreatest Hits Tour ‘, which singer David Coverdale calling his farewell to the arena rock.

After leaving the job as lead singer of the legendary Deep Purple, David Coverdale formed Whitesnake in 1978 and became one of the biggest rock bands in the world with over 100 million albums sold.

Now, the band set out on a “Greatest Hits Tour” where they promise their biggest hits from the album “Slide it in”, “White Snake (1987)” and “Slip of the tongue“. They only do two gigs in Sweden during his “Greatest Hits Tour” and it is the Grona Lund and Furuvik.

In 2013 they played for an overflowing Grona Lund and now we are proud to welcome Whitesnake back to the Stora Scen on August 1 at 20.00.
