Local | “The Mountain” from Game of Thrones to the Fitness Festival

After eleven years in Gothenburg comes now the Fitness Festival to Stockholm International Fairs. It is Northern Europe’s largest fitness trade show and come along with All for Health and Acadermia be the premiere Fit for Life WKND November 27 to 29 at Stockholm International Fairs. Besides an inspiring exhibition will be also competitions and visits by well-known personalities. Hafþór Julius Bjornsson known as Gregor Clegane in the critically acclaimed television series Game of Thrones is in place to be interviewed on the Expo stage and signing autographs.

Icelander Hafþór Julius Bjornsson is a man with many strings to his bow. During the nickname “Thor”, he has competed for several years in the popular competitions on who is the world’s strongest man. There he has a silver place as the best placement. In Europe counterpart, he managed to climb on top of the podium and boasts a gold. As an actor, he is known as “Gregor Clegane” or “The Mountain” in the TV series Game of Thrones. Björnsson will be in place during the Fitness Festival 29 November. At 15.30 he is interviewed on the Expo stage but throughout the day, he is in place for autograph and photo recording and mingle with the visitors.

Throughout the weekend, the Fitness Festival will be attended by several other training profiles. Gladiators “Hero” and “Battleship” talk about their training. Marten Nylén from Ninja Warriors tells us that a large part of the training and the success of the training is in the smile. Simon Kachoa won the Biggest Looser and went on two years from weigh 180 kg, to now weigh 98 kg. The constant current Paolo Roberto is also available on site. These are only a few of which are on the Fitness Festival to give good tips and inspiration.
The world’s largest obstacle course race.
In the Fit for Life WKND there is also something for the kids. On Saturday and Sunday, the world’s largest obstacle course will be held for children aged 7-12 years. This is called Superior Kids Indoor Challenge. On the 5000 square meter surface will be about twenty different kinds of obstacles with a stunning backdrop of sound, lights, smoke machines, cartoon characters and gladiators.
