Local | Kaknästornet will light up for Pride 2016

By on July 25, 2016
Kaknästornet was inaugurated in 1967 and has since been a symbol for radio and television in Sweden. Since November 2013, the tower has been illuminated during dark evenings and nights. The environmentally friendly LED lighting makes it possible to illuminate the tower in 16.7 million different color shades.

To mark the Stockholm Pride 2015 was lit for the first time Kaknästornet last year up in rainbow colors. This year, between July 25 to 31 will Kaknästornet once again shine like a rainbow during the Pride Week, a celebration of openness, tolerance and equal value.

This year will also Teracom and Boxer be in place at Pride Park Wednesday, July 27 to Saturday, July 30 to inform about our business and our diversity efforts.

– Diversity work is of course important for Teracom, Boxer Group and we hope that in this way we can help to put focus on the issue of equal value. We also want to talk about that with us, everyone is welcome, as customers or employees. For us it is natural to stand for openness, tolerance and equal value, but above all the right to be who you are and love who you want, says Teracom, Boxer Group CEO Åsa Sundberg in a statement.
