Local | Eatery Social presenting: “Cerveza Local” in cooperation with Stockholm Brewing Co.

Skanstull will get new life when Eatery Social opens at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm in June. On Social Eatery is the traditional Mexican cuisine meet the modern Peruvian. The dishes consist of several components where vegetables creates texture and flavor sauces. The menu will offer tortillas, tostadas, cebiches, grilled dishes, chimi churri salsa, Aji Amarillo and much more.
Among the tasty dishes served a motley crew of drinks from near and far. Along with the craft brewery Stockholm Brewing Co., the restaurant has developed “Cerveza Local”, a saison flavored with lemon.
Frida Berglund recently become Eatery Socials restaurant manager. Frida has previously worked at the American Table at Clarion Hotel Sign, and has also studied the Food & Beverage software on FEI, Business Institute.
– We are very proud to have found the best candidate internally. With Frida’s passionate knowledge and interest in food and drinks, the restaurant will be just the social meeting place, we want to create, says Ida-Maja Tejle, Operations Manager, Clarion Hotel Stockholm.
Stockholm Brewing Co. is a craft brewery where everything is made from scratch – of organic products. The brewery makes annually 120,000 liters of beer. “Cerveza Local” is a modern version of the classic Belgian Saison. Fresh, fresh, floral and complex with a distinct citrus kick from the zest of a whole bunch of organic lemons.
The beer will be enjoyed when the restaurant opens on 10 June. Booking is now open at eaterysocial.se/skanstull.
