November 21 Slaughter House, Stockholm
There are few who had such a big influence on an entire musical genre Dillinja have. With its raw, unique bass lines and super tight beats are Dillinja one of the drum’n’bass scene that can credibly carry the epithet legend, innovator and master of sound. Literally. See him live on Traffic’s 13th anniversary gala at the Slaughter House in Stockholm on 21 November. Tickets on sale now!

Nothing else is perhaps to be expected of one who started his musical career by building proper sound systems, trained by the guy who, among other things, created the mighty Jah Shakas sound. Already as a fifteen year old had Dillinja to finish so much equipment in his home that he was forced to sleep on a mattress on the speakers. From being devoured reggae, hip hop and rare grooves at the sound system parties around south London, marinated the body around the clock in the base, he took the step on to studio work and music.
Dillinja has always managed to balance the best from his roots with new expressions. His passion for music is as intense as the years when he began, and for the music to be experienced in the best way, he has also built a very unique sound, Valve Sound System, which he when it is possible has with him.
But whether he DJs at Valve or another, it is guaranteed one of the heaviest experiences one can enjoy. See live at the Slaughter House on 21 November.
