Grand Hôtel popular crayfish buffet on the porch has become a popular tradition in August with many returning guests.

According to Swedish tradition means the month of August season for crayfish and crayfish party. Thursday, August 11 canvases Grand Hôtel a colorful crayfish buffet at the Veranda. This consists of Swedish freshly cooked crayfish, cheese dishes, salads, Janssons frestelse and chanterelle crepes. Dessert buffet offers fruit flakes with Swedish berries, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.

Even after 11 August, you can enjoy crawfish at Veranda. From 12 to 21 August served a 4-course crayfish dinner consisting of crayfish and chanterelle soup as an appetizer, grilled zander in buttered crayfish broth as main course and a delicious dark chocolate terrine with sour cream ice cream for dessert.
