Local | All for Health wants to raise the balance in everyday life

During All for Health 27 to 29 November at the Stockholm Fair offers visitors a wide range of inspiring activities, lectures and seminars. The fair has five different focus areas and in each area there is a scene within the respective theme for these activities. Combining physical activity with the right diet and not forget about physical and mental recovery is important. It’s All for Health aims to inspire visitors to find the right balance in everyday life. All for Health is part of the Fit for Life WKND with Fitness Festival and Acadermia.

Trade fair visitors can choose from many different and exciting program during the All for Health. The Fair has chosen to work with five focus areas:

Body & Soul
Treatment & Relax
Diet & Energy
Training & Aktiv Health
Yoga
These different areas will have respective stage where it offers various activities, seminars and lectures. Two seminar rooms are set aside for special purposes, one for food and one for mental health. A large Yoga Convention with full program going on during Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning where visitors can test different variations of yoga along with the recognized profiles in the field. New this year is that founder and yoga teacher Pernilla Cristvall also decided to bring in the fitness aspect of yoga: Fitness Yoga will be held by Ari Lipponen, an exhilarating profile.
Many health writers to Boktorget
On Boktorget gives visitors the chance to listen and be inspired by the authors of the latest and most popular health books. Over the weekend Boktorget will be visited among others by Kristin Kaspersen, PTFia, Paolo Roberto, Ulrika Davidsson, Kajsa Ingemarsson, Fredrik Paulún and many more. Visitors have the opportunity to buy books and have a chat with the authors in signing corner after completing lectures.
Pink cookbook talks about cancer and prosperous
Anna Benson the woman behind the Pink cookbook will be in place with several guests. The first version of Pink cookbook has been a success, in the beginning of 2015, nearly one million crowns collected to Cancerfonden. This year came the sequel, Pink cookbook II which includes Izabella Scorupco, Filippa Reinfeldt, Charlotte Kalla, Cecilia Forss and Tilde de Paula participates. During the fair, Anna Benson and some of the women involved in the book will be in place. They stand in their own booth, but also on Boktorget and Energy Stage.
Active Healthscene a scene full of movement
A new stage in the hall is Active Healthscene. It offers a full program of training in focus. There will be activities for children and fashion show from Casall. Visitors can also work with D-flex, witness SM in IronX and listen to Pär Johansson from Glada Hudikteatern and much more.
