Kitchen & Table Kungsholmen launches a la carte brunch!

The vibrant neighborhood restaurant, Kitchen & Table Kungsholmen at Clarion Hotel Amaranten has long offered a taste sensation for both lunch and dinner, now the restaurant reveals that at the end of March they open the doors for an a la carte brunch every Saturday. Here it is offered everything from eggs royale, craziness meringue swiss and granola bowls – Stockholm make you ready for the city’s hottest addition to the brunch sky!

The man behind the restaurant is the world-renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson and inspiration is taken from multicultural Manhattan mixed with local Kungsholmen. The menu has a breadth that attracts healthy choices such as porridge and granola bowls to classics such as avocados on rye bread and sweet dreams as meringue swiss. With its perfect location at the intersection of Kungsholmsgatan and Scheelegatan, the restaurant has long been a lively and vibrant neighborhood pub and now they finally establish themselves on the list among brunch-places in Stockholm.

The drinks on the menu go under the concept “less is more” and for this the hotel’s Bar Manager Linus Morgan has created a totally unbeatable Bloody Mary.

– The menu we developed for our Saturday brunch is minimalist, as we want it to be super easy to choose a drink. If you are unsure of what you want to drink, we have developed “The Brunch Experience” where you get a selection of what we think is best suited for brunch.
