Johan Nordenfelt has photographed since the youth. He bought his first system camera as a teenager. The camera was everywhere and there were many hours in the dark room. Today, digital photography has taken over. Johan works as a gestalt therapist. In his spare time he is a passionate skydiver.

“I’m inspired by seeing shapes and patterns in nature and then through the camera manage to make them two-dimensional images. With my photographs, I want to convey the peace and harmony that so many of us need. The nature with its tranquilizing shapes is an important breathing hole. an environment that constantly feeds us with new impulses and impressions makes it even more important. In my work as a gestalt therapist, I see an increasing need to stay up and be in the present. I invite you as a viewer to stop for a while and let the picture speak.” Johan Nordenfelt.

Warm welcome to Väsby Konsthall.
