Balance was the key after life in chaos and mental illness

After a chaotic life with difficult challenges, Malin Forsén realized that an important component was missing: Balance, with existential perspective. Now she has written the book “Balans – Från inferno till inre balans”, where she emphasizes the importance of help for self-help, getting in balance and reducing mental illness and stress in children, adolescents and adults.

We need to act before we diagnose, find balance in life between requirements and rest, between work, private life and leisure, writes Malin.

What do you want to convey to the reader?

– That we can find peace and achieve balance in life. That nothing is impossible, that we all can find a way to reach our goals – even if we needed to take a detour. And – that we are good and good as we are and where we are.
