London-based Haken has long been a name to count on in the progressive metal scene and few bands can claim to be as innovative, creative and dynamic. As they constantly seek new ways to develop themselves as musicians, they continue to surprise their listeners and fans in the most unexpected manner.

In October, the band’s fifth studio album “Vector”, produced by band members themselves, is released along with Adam ‘Nolly’ Getgood from Periphery. The album takes a heavier and darker direction purely musical than the band’s previous music has done.

“We don’t like to make simple music. We always aim to defy expectations, and I believe we’ve surpassed what we aimed to achieve with our new album.” – Ross Jennings

“We’ve always had a heavy influence but it was obvious from the riffs that were naturally coming out of us early in the writing process that this would be a more metal album. These are some of the most riff driven songs we’ve ever written.” – Charlie Griffiths

In connection with the release of the album, Haken goes out on an extensive tour that Sunday, February 24, 2019 reaches Stockholm and Debaser Strand.

See you infront of the stage!
