The world’s second best museum restaurant reopens January 11. Come and enjoy our food creator Paul Svensson’s famous menu where the plant kingdom is in focus with fish and meat on the side. For example, how about our classic Potato dish, potatoes cooked in three different ways, served with smoked sour cream and Kalixrom ?!
