Forgotten for over 40 years, now is David Bowie pictures exhibited in Stockholm.

Never before seen photos of David Bowie’s concert at the Royal Tennis Hall in 1976 is now out on the gallery in Stockholm.

1976 is David Bowie on stage before a sold out crowd at the Royal Tennis Hall in Stockholm. At the front stands the then 20-year-old photographer Stefan Almer and taking pictures. Photo rollers then put in a drawer and forgotten for over 40 years. Now last Tuesday on the anniversary of the legend’s demise is the never-before-displayed images on Gallery Partout in Stockholm.

Autumn 2016 finds Stefan Almer the pictures and immediately begin a rigorous work to enlarge the images, print them up and prepare them for the first time to show them to the public. The newly opened Gallery Partout at Sturegatan 16 in Stockholm will see the pictures and soon after opened the exhibition on the anniversary of the legend’s death on January 10. The exhibition runs until 31 January and so far, interest in the previously not shown works been great.
