At the end of January, Clarion Hotel Amaranten revealed that they are investing in reuse to a new level by launching a completely new event concept that will be launched on March 2. The concept idea is simple, they create a meeting place for sellers and buyers of second-hand wedding dresses. The response has been enormous and now the hotel reveals that those with loaned wedding dresses from BRÖLLOPSBRUKET, Myrorna and Stockholm City Mission will also offer an incomparable fashion show.

Over fifty dresses have already been reported for sale on site at Clarion Hotel Amaranten and their event “Say yes to (sell(buy) the dress” on March 2. The basic idea was created from the idea that there must be so many who have a beautiful dress lying at the bottom of the closet while at least as many dreaming of the dress they may never be able to afford or just for those who believe in reuse, now all these parties are given the opportunity of happiness.

– Just hours after we released our shout-out of used wedding dresses, the notifications began to come in and we saw that there was a huge demand for this type of event. It feels great fun that as a hotel we can enter and create this meeting place and give life perhaps the most important dress a new life. But with the great commitment we felt that we wanted to create added value for everyone who visits us on March 2, so we already have several suppliers who will be in place but above all the joy of announcing that we will be offering a fantastic fashion show with dresses from BRÖLLOPSBRUKET, Myrorna and Stockholm City Mission, says Hanna Holfve, Marketing Manager, Clarion Hotel Amaranten

The event takes place in the hotel bar, Tap Room Kungsholmen and in several of the conference rooms on the lobby floor. It becomes a colorful day with beautiful used wedding dresses, fashion shows, bubbling bubbles in the bar and with several exciting suppliers and partners. 14.00-17.00 on 2 March.
