Bröd & Salt opens a new bakery and café

By on June 12, 2017

Bröd & Salt continues its growth journey and now opens its second bakery and the ninth café in Stockholm. The place is beautifully located by the water, Tullhus 3, on Skeppsbrokajen in Gamla Stan near Slussen.

In the newly renovated and bright 400 m2 large rooms, a 60-seat café combines a direct open connection to a stone-baked bakery. There the guests can follow the bakers’ work to produce sourdough bread, sweet bread and Italian sourdough pizza. An additional 60 seats are available for those who prefer to sit outside and enjoy the stunning environment right by the water, with breathtaking views of Skeppsholmen just where the Djurgårdsfärjan adds.

Bröd & Salt welcomes tourists, bypassers and those working in the area to eat or buy a breakfast, coffee or lunch.

– We are very pleased to greet Bröd & Salt welcome to Tullhus 3. The business will be a nice addition to Skeppsbron and will contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, says Louisa Åkerfeldt, Unit Manager Development & Management at StockholmsHamnar.

– It’s exciting to open Bröd & Salt on one of the city’s most beautiful walking stretches, where many tourists and stockholmers pass, says Michel Mourad, CEO of Bröd & Salt. We strive to offer something to everyone who wants to have coffee or eat. Our whole range is lactose free, we offer bread baked without gluten and also have fresh salads, wraps and pizza for hungry people. We want everyone to be happy with us!
